I had an amazing experience at body 20 yesterday thanks to Danny. She explained everything very thoroughly and made the process such an enjoyable experience. This type of workout requires some movement But as you’re moving, you can feel your muscles contracting And then intensity of the workout is highly accelerated. I’ve been a member for 2.5 years and truly love this workout. My muscle mass has increased by over 2 lbs.- not an easy task when you’re over 50. Danielle is helping me achieve my goals. She’s a great trainer- she listens to my concerns and easily modifies my routine if needed. She gently pushes me above my comfort zone and I’m so glad she does!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Body20. EMS training has upgraded my health/wellness lifestyle, leveled up my body’s ability to detox, reduced inflammation, improved my strength, dramatically improved my mental health and, as an added bonus, has given me abs and defined muscles for the first time in my life.
