I came in for the trial session and was very impressed by the young lady at the front. Very welcoming. The whole process is pretty cool and I am definitely feeling the soreness in the targeted areas days later so it clearly works! Wow! Two critiques are the instructor assigned to me, Rico, and that I don’t remember them telling me to prepare for my undergarments getting wet before I arrived at the session but they did tell me as I was getting ready there. canceled my membership due to hygiene issues with their suits in 2025. Was told it required an in person cancellation not just in writing electronically, which I did. They stopped the automatic charge after I cancelled for two months, so I was assured that charges stopped. Then out of nowhere automatic charges started again 3 months after cancellation!- BEWARE!
Great trainers - but Skelton crew to get administrative things done and limited morning bookings
