It was a new and good experience. Always wanted to try out EMS. The coach and employees were great at explaining the equipment and exercise routine during the demo.
I've been going for about a month now and each experience has been fantastic. Monique and Poly are who I've spent the most time with, but every single person has been so welcoming and wonderful. They measure body composition fairly frequently and I have been able to see measurable gains in all categories. I highly recommend the workouts, they're highly customizable and you're able to target each muscle group with the exact amount of stimulation you need to walk away feeling fully sore for multiple days. 1st time today and its a crazy good workout without any weights!!! I have a bad shoulder, hip, and knee that all need surgeries and haven't been able to really do workouts like I used to and fell out of working out all together for a few years. Today was a GREAT workout! I scheduled a workout for tomorrow. Staff was super friendly and 1 on 1 coaching was a great treat.
