For pure efficiency, nothing has beaten this for me. Twenty minutes here equals about ninety in the gym. My stats back it up. I exercise for results, more muscle, better BMI, and better shape, not because I love working out. So if I can get that in twenty minutes twice a week, it is a no brainer. I do recommend them. We are lucky to have one in town!!
