Great place and workout in just 20 min
I’ve been taking classes here for the last several months and I’m obsessed. Amazing workout that can be curated to what you specifically need. Regardless of where you’re at physically these sessions will elevate and challenge you while in a safe and controlled environment. Staff is amazing, streamline app/online scheduling and the place is always spotless. 10/10 recommend!!
