I've been going here consistently for almost twenty years. This is a terrific gym. People are friendly and they keep the place clean and in good repair. If they don'r have it you don't need it. They have over a hundred classes each week so there is something for everybody. See their webpage for a discription of the facility. Melissa Martin teaches a strongly paced advanced circuit class which adds variety week to week and challenges me. Her class emphasis proper form and supports camaraderie among the class members.
Ask me again after I get the tour on Thursday. From just walking around I found it was clean and looked organized and well staffed.
