I can’t say enough good things about my experience with pelvic floor therapy here. The staff is kind, professional, and makes you feel at ease right away. Everyone was patient, encouraging, and truly cared about my progress. I’ve noticed a huge difference since starting, and I actually looked forward to my appointments. Highly recommend!

I worked with Dr. Eldridge for about 2 months to resolve some lingering postpartum core and pelvic floor issues. She was wonderful to work with and the exercise plan she made for me was very effective. We were able to target the underlying problem sand at the end of the therapy course my issues were almost completely resolved and I had a good understanding of what I could do on my own to continue strengthening my core and pelvic floor. I would highly recommend Body Works!

ruly life-changing! I went in barely able to walk and left feeling like a completely new person. Dr. Elizabeth is incredible and the absolute best for any women’s health PT needs. If you’re on the fence (like I was for way too long), just go—you won’t regret it. :)

I had a great experience at Bodyworks! Lydia was amazing! I was so happy to have help after giving birth to my sixth child, I was experiencing a lot of pain in my pelvic area and could hardly bear to walk at times.
