My insurance is paying for one hour and she is working for just 30min. The business owner is telling that I need to pay 30$ for co-pay, 2 weeks later she is texting me in the morning (before people wake up) on a weekend day “pay more, insurance did not pay the full price”. I paid what I was told me before, why am I have to pay more? If you have a problem with the insurance, it is your problem, not with me, solve your problem with the insurance company !

Do not waste your time!! I made an appointment and she canceled 40 mins before my massage, she said she had an emergency. So I rescheduled, only to have her cancel again 1hr before my massage!! This time she said it was because I have dual coverage - I texted her back explaining that only my primary insurance will cover massage, so she doesn’t have to worry about the other insurance.
