Joe is a gifted massage therapist. He excels at therapeutic massage that helps relieve long term sources of pain or inefficiencies in mobility and movement. Just don’t expect to lie there while he works on you. He uses full body movements on, across, and hanging over table to aid the body’s recuperative powers when properly released to do so.
I called this morning and Grace made my appointment the same day. I came in for deep tissue and stretching. Grace was very kind and did a wonderful job. Very relaxing, and I feel much better after my visit too. I will be coming back for sure!
