This probably is a very good gym but unfortunately their business model isn't very customer friendly. one would expect to come at what would be viewed as normal business hours and be able to sign up but unfortunately you have to chase down contact information, play phone tag, send text messages that aren't responded to for over 24 hours in hopes of getting someone to come and complete a sign up process. it should be convenient, instead I feel like Im booking an appointment for a doctor who is available 2 hours a day.
