My fiancé and I went to this gym to check out the equipment and try it out for the day. Had a great workout with excellent equipment and also the nice lady at the front desk really made it a great experience. Excellent customer service, very kind and giving. This is how you run a business. We recommend this gym!!!

This is my favorite gym, it reminds me of the first gym I started going to called cardinal fitness over ten years ago. They went out of business and now I go to a main stream gym and it’s never been the same since. The owner valerya is very sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym!

Old school gym...not a boutique fitness center....free weights, machines, and cardio. All you need.

Gym key does not work half the time. Very inconvenient when you want to have acess to the gym. The owner does not answer the phone or your messages. The owner does not agree to the terms of the contract and prevents key access. Poor ownership and management. Do not recommend if you want smooth transactions and convenience.
