My fianc and I went to this gym to check out the equipment and try it out for the day. Had a great workout with excellent equipment and also the nice lady at the front desk really made it a great experience. Excellent customer service, very kind and giving. This is how you run a business. We recommend this gym!!!

hardcore gym, iron house. dont expect anything different, dirty bathrooms and all
This is my favorite gym, it reminds me of the first gym I started going to called cardinal fitness over ten years ago. They went out of business and now I go to a main stream gym and it’s never been the same since. The owner valerya is very sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym!
Old school gym...not a boutique fitness center....free weights, machines, and cardio. All you need.
