EDIT: When responding, gather correct information. At no time was I hostile to any staff members. In fact, I continuously apologised when I was complaining and they all said that I didn't need to apologise as I wasn't being rude. So perhaps let's stop with the slanderous and incorrect misrepresentation of my personalty. DON’T waste your money on overpriced and unsecure earrings. 9 purchased and ALL lost. In a saturated market of professional piercing houses across Melbourne, customer service needs to be the standout, Body Vision Piercing (Maddy in specific) is where they fell short. Between my friend and I we got 9 different earrings and collectively spent over $2000 in Elsternwick Store.
