I visited this week to purchase jewellery for my tragus and rook piercings. I paid an exorbitant amount for the jewellery after feeling pressured to buy more expensive options, plus an extra fee to have it fitted, only for the ball on the rook piercing to fall off the very next day. Thank you so much to Phoebe, who was so patient, reassuring and accommodating. I was particularly anxious about getting my septum pierced, as I am prone to passing out but the whole experience was super breezy and put my mind at ease. I also have quite a bit of scarring from multiple botched jobs when getting my seconds done, which Phoebe was super careful to work around to avoid going through the scarring again. Such kind staff! awesome experience! So professional during the whole piercing experience and made it so comfortable for me. Phoebe did my seconds and my belly, and she even suggested jewellery which would suit my belly button anatomy. She was amazing! Great place all together.
