Terrible customer service. The sales lady which has shaved eyebrows and ugly tattoos was making up her own prices on the spot and had a very rude, arrogant attitude. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Service seemed fine, staff were friendly and seemed profession. Pricing was ridiculous and we cancelled our bookings and left incredulously shocked at the $345 dollar price tag for 3 piercings even after choosing the base jewellery at $50 dollars each . Why would anyone spend that much of a service fee when you can get a tattoo for less and it would be permanent and include the pricing of the ink, labour and safety equipment.
