Service seemed fine, staff were friendly and seemed profession. Pricing was ridiculous and we cancelled our bookings and left incredulously shocked at the $345 dollar price tag for 3 piercings even after choosing the base jewellery at $50 dollars each . Why would anyone spend that much of a service fee when you can get a tattoo for less and it would be permanent and include the pricing of the ink, labour and safety equipment. Such a positive experience for my first ever nose piercing. Cooper explained the process, the difference between using a needle and gun. I went back for aftercare with Sirena. Excellent customer service! I will be coming back. 🙏
Just got a dermal piercing done here by Jaan, the 2 staff working were both so awesome! Gave me the hype after it was all donevery professional I am sooooo happy thank you!!!!
Serena was so incredibly lovely and helped me choose the best piercings that suited my ear shape. She also walked me through the whole process as she was putting the piercings in which made me feel at ease and comfortable. Very pleasant experience and happy with how they turned out.
