(Updated) (2025) Earlier this year I hurt my back while exercising and it really set me back in my progress. I was feeling stagnant and nervous about doing heavy weights again. I noticed I started loosing muscle. So I came to train with Dimitris again. We worked on upper body strength and exercises to strengthen my back. Great local gym, everything you need, no frills, very private! Trainers are great and craft a very personalized routine. Perfect for our busy lives and I hate working out with an audience! Can’t recommend it enough!
This is a really cool gym with friendly staff. Dimitris is an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable. From when I first stepped foot in the gym he paid close attention to my goals and tailored my exercises accordingly. I really enjoyed working out with Dimitris. l would have to say I would look forward to the workout - it was a fun challenge.
