Great local gym, everything you need, no frills, very private! Trainers are great and craft a very personalized routine. Perfect for our busy lives and I hate working out with an audience! Can’t recommend it enough!
This is a really cool gym with friendly staff. Dimitris is an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable. From when I first stepped foot in the gym he paid close attention to my goals and tailored my exercises accordingly. I really enjoyed working out with Dimitris. l would have to say I would look forward to the workout - it was a fun challenge.
