So I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for 4 years, I tried everything from other posture exercises and therapy, I’ve done the pain academy as well which is a another therapy routine which I kinda didn’t find to work, but I randomly came across David and his shop body tune up and within the first day I already noticed a difference in the way I understand chronic pain and posture alignment therapy. I’ve been seeing David for almost two years and it’s been the best investment. When I came in I was recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery, I was doing physical therapy for a few weeks before coming to Body Tuneup and it was so painful, range of motion was minimal. My first session with David, not only my range of motion was improved but also my strength from a single session.
I met David at a charity golf event 4 years ago, he has changed my life and overall posture. What I thought I was doing for my overall health was wrong. Since working with David I have seen enormous improvements in my mobility and I can say at 51 I am pain free.
Really great, fixed me up and feeling amazing now
