John is fantastic and super knowledgable! Since seeing John I have noticed an improvement in the shoulder and back pain I was experiencing due to sitting at a desk full time. Not only is John great at what be does but he also gives you advice and programs to follow outside of his sessions to ensure that you get the most out of the treatments.
