Had such a great massage from Roy! It was interesting to me that unlike other massages I've had it felt like the results built over time so I felt even better the next day (vs other massages where I feel great leaving but then back to my baseline the following day).
I had the 90 min deep tissue massage and it was clear that Roy knew what he was doing. He is considerate and asked to make sure the pressure was the right amount. Roy also made time for me before I had to leave Portland. I felt some relief immediately after the massage session, which was great!
I completely recommend Roy at body treat! I came to him struggling with persistent knee pain, and his skilled work has made such a difference. He has a real gift for targeting problem areas while creating an incredibly peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. I'm so grateful to have found him!
