It was a great program and very easy to follow. Wonderful staff members to help assist and encourage you through your journey of becoming free from over weight. This program helped teach me obedience and challenge me to work through my struggles. Not eat them. Lol. I met many wonderful women through my journey. Michelle is a great coach. 😀.
