I joined Body Torque two years ago after reaching a point where I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt. Four or five times a week I get to hang-out with some pretty cool people, we all come together on neutral territory and the chance to exercise is the added value. I can't imagine my life without this. Alex and his team at Body-Torque have created something really special. Hands down Body Torque is the best gym in Auckland, and I can't imagine my life without this as part of it.
I was trained by Alex in a group setting for an intensive month on a project in Auckland last year, and was so impressed by his training that I have now taken the opportunity in an online capacity to be guided by him again as an individual. I started at Body Torque with Alex and Phil over 7 years ago and they have changed my life. I went from overweight and not knowing how to workout to being in the best shape of my life. They introduced me to weight training and have shown me the way to work out as I get older.
