My mom owns it, great workouts, and great people
Body Theory is much more than just a fitness studio, it truly is a community. That may sound corny, but it is true. I have gotten to know so many people through BT. Janae and Kristy have incredible knowledge and creativity when it comes to fitness. Each class is truly different, which makes it fun and challenging. This is the best workout place I have ever attended! The childcare that is offered is what drew me to Body Theory. I am a mom of 3 young children (not in school) and yet I can workout as much as I want! I love the variety of workout classes and the challenges it gives me. I feel so much better since joining Body Theory.
Yoga and Fitness under one roof--total body and mind wellness! I have loved every class I have taken at Body Theory! The yoga space is beautiful, and Chantal is awesome! The fitness studio has so many tools to challenge your body in every way! I can't say enough about all of the instructors and the positive, uplifting environment at Body Theory!
Very experienced and qualified teachers and trainers! Love having the option of group fitness and yoga classes.
