Whether you’re improving your health and fitness, or lifting weights for aesthetic endeavours, this gym has all you could possibly need. It’s a cozy area packed with many great old school machines you don’t get in comercial gyms. Great music, and very friendly staff. If I lived in the area I’d definitely get a membership (I especially enjoyed the leg room 🦵) a day pass and an energy drink ran me $40 but that’s two cocktails in any bar if your lucky. Well worth it

The four stars is because it is the only gym in montauk. Truthfully, it is not a great gym in that some of the equipment is broken. It's small and narrow and extremely difficult to work out in. However, I'm grateful it is there if it were my gym. I would spend a little more on the equipment and definitely rearrange what they have to maximize the space. If a machine is broken, I would do more than put a sign on saying out of order.

Old equipment. Ridiculously over priced. At times, crowded and honestly unsafe. But it’s the only game in town and they know it. Wishing I had other options for a gym. In response to owner - thanks for your reply. I was in the gym on a few occasions and it was so packed in the back people where lifting dumbbells and plates over others because they were placing equipment in the “aisle” (there was no where else to put it otherwise). It’s a good gym with a lot of equipment. The equipment isn’t always well maintained. They have staffing issues and open late at times because of staff. Pickings are slim out East, so it’s the best of the lot.
