I joined through Silver Sneakers. You can get personal training from an expert and classes are free. The equipment is top notch. The gym is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I’m saving up to get some personal Training because I just got out of O.T. and P.T. and don’t want to do anything counterproductive and re injure myself. I need to get a watch that will keep track of my pulse before I can start training though. I’m very anxious to get started and I just know it’s going to be great!
Stay way from this place. I joined the gym, shortly after my work schedule changed so I tried canceling..yeah good luck...I went there twice there was nobody there, called, emailed. NOTHING. Got tired of them taking my money (over $300!) so I blocked them through my bank, then that dirt bag owner has the nerve to send me a letter threatening me to pay or else, etc. They claim I owe them money even though they took money from my account long after I wasn't using their services. They still call me to this day.
My girl works for Jeffrey long aka Box. He has made remarks to her that no owner should to a female employee. She sent a customer to him while he was in an office. After the customer left, he told her not to have someone come to his door because he may be jacking off. The owners (husband and wife) are so rude and unprofessional! The wife is not very friendly (at least not to women) and the husband has a little man complex. When the wife teaches classes, she is not very friendly. The husband (that little 4'11" He-man action figure) told me my "little $35 was not going to make or break him".
