Hope you dont need medical attention This gym is not very on task for anyone who has an emergency. I saw two people with problems and the staff and owners ignore the members. I begged for an ambulance to be called. I took care of these people myself. Also I find the owners bias toward their friends and ignore other members. The gym is very clean. THANK YOU I really like this place. I have been wanting to workout for years and finally got the courage to check out some gyms. I chose Body Systems because of the atmosphere and the friendly staff. I've been there for five months and I love it! The classes are great and the members nake everyone feel like that's where they should be. Also, it's a great location too. They are open 24/7, so I never miss a workout when I work late shifts. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being the place for me!!!!!!

Excellent Fitness Facility with a Friendly staff This is a great place to work out. Unlike other facilities in the area, this place is comfortable and has a family-friendly atmosphere. In other words, you don't need to go shopping for workout clothes and put on makeup to workout here. Memberships are very reasonable ($30-$50.month) and that price includes the Group Fitness classes. STINKS! This gym is terrible! I have been a member since the summer and due to the unprofessional staff, lack of cleanliness, and old equipment I have switched gyms to the new LA Fitness just up the street. I wish this gym would have been a success because it is very close to where I reside, but everything about this gym is awful other then the actual members. Love this gym! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is also very clean here. Great atmoshphere, very affordable, nice hours. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking. I was a member at another gym in the area and the prices were comparable and so was the size, but body systems has a wonderful staff that you won't find anywhere else. The fitness classes are great also and the are included in the price. Instructors are very motivating!
