We were visiting from the USA for a week and needed place to work and continue my knee surgery therapy. Body Synergy provided my wife and I individual memberships for the week. Cameron was excellent from the moment he greeted us. He walked us through the sign up process and we were working out withing minutes. Professional, friendly and supportive, with all the equipment you might need for your fitness journey. Can't rate it higher than five, although they deserve it.
I had suffered with headaches almost daily, after two appointments, following advice and prescribed exercises I was cured! Thanks to Rowan and the team! Its really been life changing :D
