Shy is the best, I've been going to her for a few years now and never been disappointed! She creates a super positive atmosphere and makes a person feel comfortable. (or at least as comfortable as you can feel while getting your hair ripped out ) I especially appreciate the times that she has fit me into her schedule when I forgot to book!
