BEWARE!!! I reached out to several therapists for my son, and I was appalled by Barbara Fox’s response to me. THANK GOD I NEVER SENT MY SON TO HER. Here was her email: I haven't received a reply from you, but hopefully you found a therapist for your son because I'm concerned for you and your son given his symptoms. Did not actually offer any help for my daughter was completely rude when it came to billing 10 months after being seen.
If I could 0 or negative stars I would, she was pushy, talked about herself being an addict for a majority of the time, and all of her addictions, and then proceeded to tell us that we were addicted to everything, and for the record I've never even been drunk before or done drugs, I don't even drink caffeine but because I eat sugar I'm an addict according her, my husband does have an addictive personality, he has a 1-2 drinks a day, but that isn't an issue in our marriage at all, but she only wanted to talk about his "addict... read more
I wish I had read the previous review before we spent our money. The exact same thing happened to my husband and I. She accused us of being addicts, as well. She created a diet for us. I have Crohn’s disease and have worked hard for three years to get a diet that works for my life and my illness. The diet was protein and dairy essentially and she insisted. Gave us the book list, which we bought and read, but were for people in AA. She kept telling us we were both addicts that we needed AA. But couldn’t get a focus on any oth... read more
