I love the way Jen and her team take the time to get to know clients and their specific needs. They are always warm and welcoming and I know they strive to have a positive, inclusive place where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their identity. I can count on the services I receive here and am happy to have found such a great place. Highly recommend!!
I had been searching for an inclusive body work provider for some time. I am happy to say I found that and more in Body and Soul. The environment is calming and relaxing, the people are kind and knowledgeable and every body is seen and treated as a good body. I love this place.
Janna is an amazing massage therapist. I made an appointment impromptu for today. And was fortunate to have her. As I'm traveling for work, I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and she took care of it, and I fell asleep During the massage. She is very gentle yet powerful. It was extra extraordinary experience, especially as I get many massages and usually, they are very strong. I felt like my life energy was restored!
This was my first time booking a massage with Body & Soul. Lisa didn’t a wonderful job as I had been experiencing neck stiffness and shoulder soreness. My therapeutic massage was very relaxing, and Lisa did a wonderful job working out the knots and providing comfort for my neck stiffness. Overall, I was very impressed and plan to schedule another session with Lisa real soon. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
I love coming to Body and Soul Massage! Janna gives the BEST Reiki sessions! She is always so kind and sweet and I always leave feeling like a new person and like 100lbs has been lifted from my soul!
