I chose to do the Boudoir shoot because I was turning 50 and I wanted some nice shots of me before I lose my body to gravity!! I was soooo nervous beforehand but mostly excited! The whole experience from start to finish was incredible and they made me feel like a Goddess! The make-up was way out of my comfort zone as I rarely wear any! I found Body & Soul through Instagram and decided to give it a follow and check it out... I was a little nervous that this wasn't going to be for me. This lady is amazing and talented, I have never had a photo shoot before and to be quite honest, I was very nervous...Abbey helped me come out of my comfort zone and it helped my self-esteem so much I can't even explain..definitely worth the money.

I had the opportunity to have my photos captured by the amazing Abbey at Body and Soul Studios, and I am so happy I did.
