Love The Body Shoppe !! Nikki is FABULOUS with hair and mani/pedi! Linda is FABULOUS at facials, I will also be having her do my waxings from now on as well. As far as the customer service part of it, they make you feel welcome and offer you awesome refreshments. I have had one unpleasant experience with one person and their here and the staff of employees apologized many times and took that into consideration and made sure I was happy when I left. 100% happy overall with this spa. Love it!
