This place is Great for people that don't want to travel far that live in the area and want to workout and keep in shape. They have a nice workout area with treadmill, weights, different classes for all ages, tanning and a nutrition bar with all kinds of protein and nutrition health items to eat or drink. YUM!! I just tried a chocolate coffee protein shake! So delicious, filling, and refreshing! The rocky road protein balls are also such a perfect snack!! I will absolutely be back to try more of the many flavors offered on the menu! Amazing!!!!! Thank you!!
