Great classes, love the heated but not oppressive temperature. The HIIT and flow was challenging and a great stretch at the end. Highly recommend.

Body Shoppe is the best!! Everyone in this studio is so welcoming and kind. The staff are always smiling and so friendly - they make a point to get to know you and remember your name. All the people who workout here are also very inclusive and sweet! Great studio for any level and all around great vibes. It’s fun, a great workout, and I’m always happy to be there!
Loved the HIIT 45 class with Brooke B! A great workout and was able to modify if needed. Will be back!
Body Shoppe classes have been the BEST addition to my week. The instructors are super knowledgable and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend trying their new member package.
