Awesome studio and great classes!!
I really feel comfortable going to body shoppe, the instructors are amazing they motivate me to try my best in each class!
I love body shoppe! All of the classes have been so energizing and and fun! All the instructors are really engaging and want to get to know you! They offer modifications for different comfort levels and abilities, so you can adjust the workout to whatever feels best for you! Also perfect for tulane students!
LOVE HIT AND FLOW CLASS THE BEST ONE!!
I've tried out a bunch of classes and have loved all of the instructors, and the variety in class styles/levels! I especially love the new outdoor class offerings on Thursday evenings at the Batture, and really hope that partnership continues.
