Love these classes! Specifically HIIT + Flow and Flex + Flow are the perfect amount of challenging where I feel pushed but still am excited to come back. The studio is clean and I like that the mats are already laid out. Will definitely keep coming back!
I’ve done a couple classes so far including flex and flow and HIIT and flow and absolutely love them. They make me feel good and my days go by better. Very happy to be at this studio and everyone is so nice and welcoming!
I fell in love with this studio immediately! I leave every class feeling better than I did before physically, mentally, and emotionally. Also, don't overlook the recovery options! SO much fun! I was visiting New Orleans and tried a few classes at The Body Shoppe and loved the energy. Cindy’s Tempo class was such a great mix of fun dancing, easy to follow choreography, and a challenging workout. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!
