Body Shoppe is such a fun and welcoming studio! The studio itself is so clean and vibrant. The classes are so fun to take and such a great workout! I always love coming here!

body shoppe has been amazing! after many years of not working out i got back into it starting with body shoppe’s flex and flow class and it has been in my routine for almost every week. all the instructors are amazing! will keep coming here while i’m still in NOLA!

The studio is super welcoming, the instructors are awesome (and will definitely challenge you), and the music during class is always on point—with a nice variety too. My partner and I just signed up for the month-to-month plan and love how many options they offer to fit different budgets and schedules. They also run summer discounts/deals and stuff!
