Will NEVER go back took my car in for ignition switch recall got told I was wrong and told it was for something else, Got what they said was the recall done anyway and had no problem before I went in then new keys did not work they had to come fix it again and when I got home 1 HOUR away stopped working again wanted to charge me for a tow to fix again never giving business again

Had scheduled an appointment for 8 in the morning to have my vehicle's engine checked. They said the process normally takes 1-3 hours. At 11:30, it was not finished, but had apparently already been started. At 4 pm, it was still not finished, and they didn't know when it would be done. Despite having scheduled an appointment, and Team having my vehicle for over 8 hours, practically no work had been done on it. We got a truck and it broke down on the way home they took it and got it fixed they said we got it back and 2 weeks later it was back in the shop for 30 days I have called and called still haven't gotten my money back from the rental car because they did not fix it correctly it has been months
