Took my sons car to Autokrafters on Rand in Palatine because of all of the great reviews I saw for them as well as them being a family owned business. When we got our estimate, it was very close to our other estimates, but the people at Autokrafters on Rand were so professional and friendly which made it an easy choice on who should do the work. Very transparent about what work is needed, what work will be done and followed through with amazing body work and paint work. They even make sure your car is pristine when you pick it up! Amazing work!
I can see why this place has great reviews. I stopped by for a quick repair and the shop took care of me and didn’t even charge me for a minor repair even though I offered. Really nice and honest people.
