This gym has everything You need to workout with. The owners are superfriendly and caring Open 24 hrs is a bonus. Everyone at the gym is nice and respectful. Also check out their outdoor court . Luv luv this gym Will have a shower soon and lots of remodeling being done to upgrade your experience.
This gym is perfect. There’s all the equipment I’ve ever need and I’ve trained for a few years. Its rarely crowded and has amazing aesthetics.
Its got all the basics.. no accessible entertainment for the 70$ a month charge (for couples) - 40$ per individual.. they do provide wifi. Machines all work, but none are "cutting edge" or new.. it worked for our needs.
This gym is amazing! It has a great set up for free weights and so many fitness machines to get a full body workout. If you take one of Sarah’s classes be prepared to be sore and tired. She is an encouraging fitness trainer that will kick your butt! This gym is truly a gem in Coleman county.
Love it here. Has everything you need to work out, and the atmosphere is so welcoming.
