Body Shop Fitness is such a great little secret! Just passing by, I thought it was a dietary supplement or fitness retailer (they DO sell shirts and many supplements), but it's the best gym I have used. It's a locally owned, smaller facility that makes working out much more personal and less intimidating. The personal trainers have larger than life personalities and are so helpful! I love it there!
