I called about getting some collision repair after hitting a dear. I made it very clear before bringing my car to Dave at body shop 23 that this was an insurance claim. I dropped the car off, and gave Dave all my insurance information. The insurance company wrote a quote, then Dave wrote a quote. When I sent Dave the insurance quote so he could contact them, he told me I needed to move my vehicle off his property, I tried explaining that he just needed to communicate with my insurance company so they could adjust there quote... read more
