I see others who say prompt service, but this has been any thing but that. What they quoted me 4 days for a job has left me without a truck for 2 weeks now. No follow up or calls. I've had to call them to find out what was going on. Maybe this is how they treat insurance claims I'm not sure. Even if the work is great the time it has taken while I'm in the middle of a building project is unreasonable. Picked up my hyundai this morning, after a turkey collided with the hood. When I took the car in, it was filthy and All the tires needed air. Not only did I find a new hood, but a clean car with all the tires reinflated. That's what I call excellent service. THANKS GUYS!!!
I wish we could give them more stars. They did a wonderful job on our Challenger. Their email updates were great. Mark even met my wife on a Saturday for our pick up due to our work schedules that seemed to be the only option and he gladly obliged. Highly recommend.
Awesome people to work with, quick turnaround and honest. I will always use the body shop for any work that needs to be done.
