Great gym, Dani was so lovely and made my experience at body shape really positive!!
Body Shape is such a fun gym! The people & staff are so friendly. There is always a class for whatever mood I’m in…weights & strength, stretching & yoga, dancing away with Zumba to special Movement & Sound events. I look forward to reading the monthly newsletter to see what challenges & events are on.

I have been going to body shape for years now, they have a great female community, I love being apart of Surees small group fitness class - she is amazing!!!
Have had lovely experiences at this gym an amazing and safe environment for women to work out with wonderful staff especially Dani who is super helpful and friendly!
