I joined this gym because they advertise more than 80 classes per week. In my personal experience, most of the classes are very short and very low impact. They are quite soft sessions. Depending on your goals, this place may work well for older women who simply want to stay active and prioritize their health. I’ve been training with Femke over three years now, and she’s honestly the best trainer I could ask for. I’ve gotten so much stronger and confident in my training. Femke always know how to push me just the right amount and keeps every session challenging but fun. I wouldn’t be where I am on my fitness journey without her.
