The hardest, but best workouts! It looks so easy but the moves are difficult and challenging. The results I’ve seen are worth it though!!
I have never stuck with a work out until I found barre. We have fun while getting stronger and healthier. I would definitely say once you try your first class you will be hooked.
This is my favorite place to work out, I feel so much better after I have made time to work out at Body Sculpt Barre Zachary. I’ve made so many friends, and I’m never bored. I’ve gone consistently for 3 years and I’m still seeing progress.
