I am so happy that Body Sculpt Barre - Zachary came into my life! I have been consistent in my workouts for the last 3 years because of the classes, instructors, accountability and comradery. BSB helps me to be the best version of myself. Thank you ladies!
The hardest, but best workouts! It looks so easy but the moves are difficult and challenging. The results I’ve seen are worth it though!!
I have never stuck with a work out until I found barre. We have fun while getting stronger and healthier. I would definitely say once you try your first class you will be hooked.
This is my favorite place to work out, I feel so much better after I have made time to work out at Body Sculpt Barre Zachary. I’ve made so many friends, and I’m never bored. I’ve gone consistently for 3 years and I’m still seeing progress.
