Been coming here since it opened! Love the workouts and love the instructors. Every class is different. I love the ability to modify when needed. BSB is great for clearing your mind after a long day or even starting your day on the right foot! It’s the BEST place to focus on yourself and your own well being!!!
If you are looking for a great workout Body Sculpt Barre Brusly is the place to be! Each instructor has their own fun teaching style. There will never be a day that you will do the same thing, my muscles are always sore!! And a plus is that you will be part of the best girl gang and your first class is FREE!!!
I just have to say it was very hard for me to start a Gym again but since I have been with this wonderful group of Ladies, I have truly enjoyed my Workouts. I feel better and look so forwarded to going to class. they are very helpful if needed and have been a great resource for me. LOVE THIS GROUP!
