Raquel and her team were truly amazing. I had specific elite sports goals in terms of body composition requirements and postural improvements. By focussing on my current physiological variables and using advanced body science prescriptions, they efficiently helped me reach my goals in my sport. Can’t recommend the BST highly enough. Thanks so much guys. Will be returning for my next improvement bump soon :)

Bobby was my body science coach and went above and beyond to ensure that I achieved my goals. He used scientific methods including creating formulas to determine parameters such as my ideal heart rate and daily caloric intake. As a vet I thought it was impressive and something I hadn't seen trainers in the past bother to do. I was also incredibly impressed by his professionalism, punctuality, attention to my posture and form (he picked up on my scoliosis) and commitment. I can't recommend him enough!
