I went here when I lived closer a few years ago and I have them to thank for starting a love of working out! I went from someone who never worked out to someone who now goes to the gym a few times a week and looks forward to it. They were so patient with me and built up both my body and my confidence!
I’m used to going to the gym and following a paid workout plan from my phone but I often found myself losing track, motivation, and energy to consistently do it on my own. While attempting to look for a solution, I stumbled on Body Science Personal Training. The setting allows for one to one sessions with a specialized trainer and more focus on my body, eating and overall fitness goals. This targeted approach helps balance my life, work, and mom schedule.
Worst experience ever. I should have not joined in first place their behavior was not appropriate. I am wondering how they got 5 stars. Be careful joining this centre. You will waste your money
I have worked with BSPT for the past few months after recently having my second baby, not only did I get nutrition support to support my weight loss journey- I also did personal training 3x a week with Suzanne - the whole team here is extremely dedicated to both education and healthy growth, I have seen incredible results thus far (down 10+ lbs & inches all around) and have a new found confidence after baby #2. Thanks so much to Rose & Suzanne at BSPT!!
The staff at Body Science has been awesome to work with. As a younger dad that fell out of shape, I needed the support and accountability that the team provides. 4 months in and going strong. Thank you
