Everyone was welcoming. The workout was great and accommodating if you have any injuries. Place was clean. Ill definitely be returning.
This is my first week at the gym, and it’s been a great experience so far. Coach Ray explains every workout clearly, and each class is efficient, challenging, and well structured. The gym feels very intimate everyone is friendly and supportive, creating a family-like atmosphere that makes you actually look forward to working out.
I have been coming to this gym for almost a year. Coach Ray is awesome.The workouts are great. Coach does a good job at making sure he explains the excercises and pushes me to work hard. I have improved so much since I started. My gym mates are also very friendly. I enjoy coming in and seeing familiar faces. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.
