Body roll is the best recovery hub in Miami! The owner and staff are so inviting and beyond helpful at guiding you through all their fabulous offerings. The 45 minute roll is a must, followed by a 6 minute cold plunge and maybe an infrared sauna sesh to top it off. If you haven’t tried body roll yet you’re in for a true treat that will leave you hooked.
I’ve never done anything like this before, but my friend took me today and my life is completely changed. It was such a great experience, the setting was very calm and clean, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The videos showing the motions were very clear and easy to follow. My shoulders have been feeling really tight and sore from working out and this is exactly what I needed. I left feeling so relaxed I took the best nap of my life. I definitely want one of these rolling machines! Will be going back.
This place is The BEST!!! There is nothing like it and it is indescribable, such an amazing feeling to roll. The studio itself is gorgeous, the staff is so kind and generous, they offer so many different things- if you’re debating on coming here, try it out and you won’t be disappointed.
Love this place! It’s clean and the girls that work there are nice and helpful. It’s a little pricey, so I’m not able to go as often as I would like, and the hours aren’t great for people working 9-5 BUT still 5 stars!
Bodyroll feels like a fantastic lymphatic massage, I use it in addition to traditional massage periodically. Sensations are very different.
