Had a great experience, staff were very kind and helpful. The individual who did my pedicure was great!! If I lived in Edmonton I would go all of the time.
Went for a gel manicure. My nails were pretty rough since I'm a nail biter, so I told her that and to be a bit careful since my hands are sensitive and all chewed at. She was gentle at some times but also kept rubbing acetone in my open cuts (chew spots? idk, I know I have a problem, I'm working on it). During the prep, she was cutting my cuticles and cut a little to close in one spot and I started bleeding a bit. She didn't wipe up the blood, but she painted over it. Inder is very professional, recommended
Had there yesterday for facial, waxing etc. Requested her to do facial for glow when she has done it was looking okay but now my face is looking worse. No difference and doesn’t even look like i have done facial on it. She was very unprofessional and greedy too. I have wasted my 275$. She said 190$ on call then while doing facial she said i can add some more things to get better results but didn’t do nothing special just remove all hairs from my face, little massage that’s it.
