My weight loss journey with Body Revamped LLC began a couple years ago a friend encouraged me to participate and sponsored me to get started. During that time I wore a size 18/20 and was focusing on good mental health and working out for me relieved a lot of stress. However, my second year I really begin to focus on weight lose and healthy eating and now I'm currently wearing 12/14.
