Massages were directed at improving recovery from broken humerous (arm) by reducing the muscle spasms. This relieved the muscle spasms and I believe it improved my function more rapidly than it would have been without the massage therapy. I plan to return even when the arm is healed, the massages were so relaxing and restorative.

Brianna has been seeing me mostly in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy due to extreme sciatica and tailbone pain. Everytime I leave her I feel like I can function again. Today I woke up and could not walk, I contacted her for an emergency appointment and she got me right in. I left walking better and standing up straight again. I needed that so much. I highly recommend her!

I have had hip and back pain for quite some time with little relief. I saw Brianna’s post for massage therapy. I went to her once a week for about 6 weeks. I walked away sore a couple of times, but she helped me immensely. She asked questions and focused on the areas that were tight and needed attention. She does an excellent job working on areas that need it or a general massage. She does both quite well.

I love Brianna! I have been going to her most of my pregnancy for massages. She listens to what is tight and sore and focuses on that area. Getting closer to delivery comes with being more and more uncomfortable, but Brianna always loosens the muscles and takes away the soreness! I can not say enough good things about how she has helped the aches and pains of pregnancy, especially the 3rd trimester.
