Samuel helped my daughter design and build her dream double bed. The design was skilfully established, and was exactly what was needed, from size, color, height, fabric , draws etc... a week latter the bed was delivered and fit perfectly. Comfortable mattress terrible customer service. Told it was going to be delivered on 3 separate occasions which required my wife to take 3 separate days off, when it didn't arrive and my wife spoke to the company they said it wasn't their problem and to take it up with the courier. Not a very good answer when you pay $130 for shipping. When the mattress did arrive the packaging was ripped and the matress was dirty.
