Penelope is a wonderful physical therapist who studied my entire body mechanics, not just my aching hips and back. We were able to make great progress between her manual manipulation and needling. Her technique and knowledge of the pelvic floor provides pain relief and I look forward to each session. Jes is also well connected with doctor resources that have been helpful in diagnosis. I highly recommend Jes and Body Renovation for complex physical therapy treatment such as pelvic floor dysfunction.
I received personal attention. Nina gave me useful exercises to keep me aligned. I can maintain myself with those exercises. Her massage of my back muscle eliminated my pain and I walk much better now! I highly recommend her at Body Renovation Physical Therapy.
