I am recovering from a spinal fusion surgery. There are eversion muscles that need to be strengthened for me to regain my normal gait. Today I received a very gentle massage bringing relief and realignment. It not only provided relief from chronic pain, but also hope that I will recovery.
Casey has been instrumental in managing my chronic pain issues. She’s very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. I always get deep tissue massage from her due to my problems. She listens well to feedback and adjusts treatment accordingly. She has also seen both of my kiddos, and they sing her praises. They beg to go back all the time. Casey is nothing short of amazing as a massage therapist and human. Her place is peaceful, quiet, and welcoming. Her approach to work is stellar and she continuously learns new skills and improves her craft. And she is so kind. Highly recommend if you want to feel better (and relaxed) fast!
